Best Western Plus Le Moderne, Caen

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and some minor drawbacks. The room on the fifth floor offered a lovely view over the town and had excellent sound insulation, making it cozy and comfortable. The smell of men's pomade, however, was a bit unusual. The service was generally friendly and helpful, with a hiccup around the room readiness at check-in time. The location was fantastic, right in the center of all the action and close to various amenities. The dining experience, although lacking croissants, offered good scones and plant milk at a reasonable price. Overall, I enjoyed the historic and intimate vibe of the place.
